Truth hurts.
Dolce has put on weight this winter, and it is all my fault for not exercising her enough. Poor thing is so depressed; she mopes around and looks at her food bowl with disdain. Dogs are very expressive creatures, and it's obvious she knows that she's gained. She fit perfectly into this winter bed last year, and now look at her:

Just feed her grass clippings mixed with some gravy and she'll spit those scraps right back up.
ReplyDeleteAre you serious? This is shameful. Dogs don't have body images, humans do. If your dog is feeling anything it is picking up on any negative vibes you are putting out there regarding its body. Feed it the amount she is supposed to eat and give her exercise. If she doesn't eat and is depressed my guess is because you don't give it the proper attention, disciplined walks and such. Stop dressing her up like a person and putting her on diets. That will make her more depressed if you don't give her the correct stimulation.

She looks at her food bowl with disdain because there's NOTHING IN IT! Get her a bigger bed and let her be a dog. take the clothes off, give her treats and bones and chewies and she'll be happier. You don't deserve to have a dog.

ReplyDeleteI'm not sure if this is supposed to be some sort of sick and twisted joke or not, but here's my opinion. If, it is in fact supposed to be a joke, I think you are a sick individual and you should seek help immediately. You are a danger to yourself and to others....especially you poor little dog. Even worse, if this is real, I hope you are shot in the face for this behaviour. You are a menace to society and have no business having a dog.
